If You purchase a Program for use by another (for example, a parent purchasing for a child) these Terms govern both You and other(s) who use any Program you purchase (collectively, “You”). By accessing Site(s) and/or purchasing and/or using Programs, You agree to be bound by the Terms, which is an agreement between Polaris Test Prep and You.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: Programs are provided “as is” and Polaris Test Prep disclaims any and all express or implied warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. In no event shall Polaris Test Prep be liable to you for any consequential, special, punitive or incidental damages, even if Polaris Test Prep has been informed of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Polaris Test Prep’s total liability to you exceed the amounts paid by you for your program.

Program Fees:

Payment is required prior to delivery of service.

There are no refunds for unused hours. Please purchase only the packages you will need.

Service Guarantees:

Average score improvements are based on previous student experience and are no guarantee of future scores for new students.

Polaris Test Prep does not guarantee any specific score improvements.

These Terms supersede all prior oral or written agreements and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Terms cannot be changed or modified orally. If any provision of Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be construed by limiting it to make it enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
